# Notes

- User wants practical Holistics AMQL/AQL fluency for modeling, presales/customer explanation, teaching others, and debugging.
- Teaching style: concise, exercise-driven, with official docs as source of truth.
- Use AQLearn (`https://play.amql.org/learn/welcome`) as main practice spine; adapt into short local lessons instead of copying entire interactive app.
- Do not use em dashes in lessons, references, notes, or responses.
- In each lesson, present the current dataset diagram that the AQL queries run on, using dbdiagram style (tables, columns, relationships).
- Draw the dataset diagram as an inline SVG canvas with table cards positioned in a layout and relationship lines connecting them (crow's foot at the many side, bar at the one side). Highlight the focused table for the lesson.
- Before each lesson body, state the purpose of the lesson using this pattern: "Have you ever tried to <ask a concrete analytic question>? You hit these pain points: (1) ... (2) ... This lesson solves it." Place this block above the existing "Why this matters for your mission" callout. Make the analytic question realistic for presales/data work and tie the pain points to what the lesson teaches.
